Je souhaite effectuer un trek commençant au Tibet, se poursuivant au Népal pour finir dans un ashram en Inde.
Connaissez vous des agences qui proposent de bons treks, qui sont sérieuses, avec une bonne organisation???
Je suis une jeune femme, la sécurité serait donc aussi primordiale pour moi!

Today I posted message about our guides in Nepal. I did treks with French group and I can really recommend our nice guides. They are experienced, quite young, safe and speak Englisch very very well. They can advice you for free about good treks in Nepal and organize it for you quite cheap. It depends how many days you like to do trek. If you like, you can write them directly and tell how many days you like to stay. They will make suggestions for you, what is possible. Here is the contact: ronik_lama@yahoo.com For shorter time about 8 days I recommend you Annapurna Base Camp (which is more touristic) or Langtang Trek (not many tourists). Both are nice. For longer time Manaslu trek is so beautiful and natural. If you stay longer, go for
Manaslu trek.
