Voici le mail de réponse que j’ai reçu le 30/07 suite à ma demande de remboursement faite le 24/07.

Unfortunately, due to an unprecedented volume of refund requests, a severe backlog, and limited staff, we are still experiencing inevitable delays in addressing the fallout of the pandemic.Your refund request, as with all refund requests, is very important to us. Please rest assured, we are processing refunds requests as swiftly as circumstances will allow.What I can tell you is that our finance department is refunding in chronological order and that they cannot advise when exactly the refund will be processed.NWR is refunding on a month-to-month basis for bookings dating back as from March 2020.
