Thank you for contacting the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Traveler Communications Center. If an “Invalid Address” error message is received, please correct the address in order to proceed with the application. However, the system will allow the applicant to override the address entry on the third try, following two unsuccessful attempts. If you believe the address is correct, then please click “next” and repeat the same procedure twice. On the third time, the validation error message will be displayed along with a checkbox and a message “Check this box to certify that this address is correct”. If the checkbox is selected, then address validation is not performed on the address and the applicant will be allowed to continue with the application.
