Nous avons loué une voiture cet été via booking sur cette compagnie. Ils nous ont pris 400€ (!!!) sur la caution pour un minuscule pet sur la roue arrière!! De plus, si nous n’avions pas filmé la voiture avant de la prendre, l’agent nous aurait facturé d’autres pets sur la voiture!! Une véritable arnaque!!
We rented a car this summer through Booking with this company. They charged us €400 (!!!) from the deposit for a tiny dent on the rear wheel!!
What’s more, if we hadn’t filmed the car before taking it, the agent would have charged us for other dents on the car!!
A complete scam!!
