je devais partir ce soir pour les USA, et je me suis rendue compte hier soir que mon nom et prénom sont inversés. parceque le check in online ne marchait pas.
j ai immédiatement appelé turkish air line, ils m ont donné un “feedback ticket” pour régler le probleme en urgence, et j ai recu ce mail :
Updating name or surname is not permitted after ticket purchase is done, due to technical circumstances and system features in use. Your name and surname on ticket, must be written exactly as it appears on your identification card. We kindly inform you that your surname information has been sent to check-in staff, who will be on duty before departure.
Considering online ticket you purchased on March 20 2017,actual date of departure and date of your feedback, we are unable to offer new ticket purchase.We kindly suggest you to board flights with current tickets you hold, considering the name/surname information exactly the same with your passport.
