ou bien est ce possible a la frontiere terrestre avec l’Afrique du Sud ?

Jusqu’ici, on pouvait prendre sans problème le visa à la frontière, en fait, la France fait partie des pays exemptés de visa, mais il y a 10€ de frais administratifs.
Apparemment, il faut maintenant s’enregistrer 48h avant le passage:
Ce serait sympa de nous dire comment ça se passe pour pouvoir informer les autres voyageurs…
Bon, cette mesure est maintenant suspendue. On entre maintenant comme dans un moulin. Essayez quand même d’avoir un certificat d’hébergement, ça peut simplifier les choses…

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE EFFICACY OF THE
COMMUNICATIONS OF APRIL 24, 2025 – 48 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE
The National Migration Service (SENAMI) hereby informs the general public, and
in particular citizens from the 29 countries exempt from visa requirements for entry
into Mozambique, as provided for in Decree No. 10/2023, of 31 March, that the
requirement for 48 hours’ prior communication to enter the national territory is
suspended, with immediate effect, as referenced in the statement issued by the
Mavalane Crossing Post on 24 April 2025.
This decision comes as a result of technical constraints found in the registration
system, which have prevented normal access and submission of data by citizens
covered by the measure.
It is important to note that, although this obligation arises from the aforementioned
legal provision, which regulates the regime for facilitating the entry of foreigners
into Mozambique, SENAMI believes it is necessary to safeguard the rights of users
during the period in which technical improvements are being made to the system.

Thus, while work is underway to fully restore the functionality of the platform, the
requirement for prior communication will be temporarily suspended. After this
period, and as soon as the technical conditions are met, a new official
communication will be made regarding the reestablishment of the measure.
SENAMI appeals for everyone’s understanding and reiterates its commitment
to efficiency, accessibility and safety in the services provided.
