Visa on arrival

On se tient au courant. Mon contact à Téhéran via le forum de Lonely Planet appelle demain le bureau d'immigration d'IKIA Airport et le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères iranien pour savoir exactement ce qui se passe. A priori, il se peut que certaines nationalités soient rejetées (anglais, français, allemands).

On arrival: a visa can be obtained for those holding normal passports, coming for touristic purposes only, arriving for a max. stay of 15 days and holding a pre-approval code obtained before arrival at: www.mfa.gov.ir. Passengers must be arriving either at Chah-Bahar, Gheshm, Kish, Mashad, Isfahan, Shiraz, Tabriz or Theran (IKA and THR) airport and be in possesion of a photograph, a copy of passport's biographical page and EUR 50.- for holder of the passport and EUR 10.- for each of the companions (if any) to cover the visa fee;
