Si vous voulez creer une société , tout d'abord il faut l'inscrire au bureau " Inspeccion general de Justicia " soit une société SRL ou SA (http://www.jus.gov.ar/registros/IGJ/ ) , et de point de vue administrative après la sociètè doit être inscrite à l'AFIP ( administracion federal de ingresos publicos )http://www.afip.gov.ar/ le site c'est en espagnol/ anglais .
