Carciofo alla giudea e fritti alla romana

If you go to the ghetto (the old jewish area) and especially in via Portico d'Ottavia, you can experience some traditional jewish-roman receipe like this artichoke fried in the oil bottom up or fried baccalà (salted cod) and fried zucchini flower (with anchovies and mozzarella inside). Delicious!
